What you'll do

  • Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure projects through initiation, deployment, and closure.
  • Develop project plans including schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across cloud, network, security, storage, and identity management domains.
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees, and executive communications for decision-making.
  • Monitor project financials, including budgets, forecasts, vendor expenditures, and procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO methodologies, architectural standards, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Manage operational readiness activities such as testing, change management, and transition to support teams.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Typically 7+ years of project management experience within enterprise technology environments.
  • Typically 5+ years leading infrastructure-focused initiatives involving multiple technology teams and vendors.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies such as cloud platforms, networking, virtualization, storage, cybersecurity, and identity management.
  • Proficiency in project planning, resource management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting using tools like Microsoft Project or Jira.
  • Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, cybersecurity, or operational transformation programs.
  • Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL Foundation, and cloud platform certifications (AWS or Azure).
  • Healthcare industry experience and experience working within regulated environments are preferred.
