What you'll do

Conduct integration and testing of rocket motors and energetics to ensure electrical and physical compatibility.
Develop and implement hardware and software system-level test programs, plans, specifications, and procedures.
Write Test Specific Instructions incorporating instrumentation, conditioning requirements, motor handling, and data reduction.
Coordinate instrumentation of test motors in compliance with test plans and MIL-STD-810 standards.
Lead test working groups and provide direct leadership to the test team during in-bay operations.
Manage the installation and commissioning of COTS-based electromechanical systems from design through development.
Generate technical presentations, answer formal customer inquiries, and coordinate Root Cause Corrective Action investigations.
Identify and develop process improvement programs to enhance testing efficiency.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
Must have a Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
Must have a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in lieu of a degree.
Ability to obtain a US secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science (preferred).
Previous experience with environmental testing, energetic operations, and Camden Operations/Quality requirements (preferred).
Electronics and Electrical circuit background (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
