Sr. Integration Success Engineer

What you'll do

• Partner with FI development teams and system integrators from discovery through go-live.
• Validate integration approaches during discovery to ensure alignment with Alkami platform capabilities.
• Provide testing and validation support prior to production launch, confirming expected behavior.
• Handle inbound SDK questions for functionality clarification and guidance without hands-on engagement.
• Transition advisory tickets into scoped project proposals when customer needs evolve.

What we're looking for

• 4-6 years of experience in independently owning complex integration engagements end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of REST API design and usage, including authentication patterns and error handling.
• Familiarity with developer tooling such as Postman, API documentation, log analysis, and debugging workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical details for both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent technical engagements by scoping work, setting expectations, and tracking to completion.
• Experience working with system integrators or third-party vendors is a strong plus.
