What you'll do

Direct daily risk and control flow of operations focusing on policies and standards.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in Technology Infrastructure Engineering or equivalent
Over 1 year of experience supporting multiple file transfer protocols (FTPS, SFTP, NDM, AS2)
Strong customer communication skills via phone and email
Experience with Managed File Transfer support products like Axway or IBM Sterling
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, JavaScript, VBA, or VBS
Knowledge of monitoring/alarming tools including Splunk or Application Dynamics
Analytical skills for business workflow analysis and improvement
