Senior Industrial Hygienist

What you'll do

• Develop and implement industrial hygiene programs covering chemical, noise, and ergonomic exposure assessments across all facilities.
• Design and maintain dashboards and metrics to track performance, exposure trends, and program effectiveness.
• Apply data analysis, automation, and AI/ML technologies to improve risk prediction and monitoring efficiency.
• Integrate industrial hygiene controls into new processes and facility designs in partnership with engineering and operations teams.
• Lead exposure monitoring campaigns and recommend engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment.
• Create standardized processes and tools to increase the operational maturity of the industrial hygiene function.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Cal/OSHA regulations while driving performance beyond standard requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs on industrial hygiene topics for employees and leadership.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in the design, development, and/or general operational oversight of environmental, health, and safety disciplines.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for required export control authorizations.
• Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or working toward certification (preferred).
• Experience with data visualization tools and basic data analysis (preferred).
• Familiarity with applying AI or machine learning to safety or exposure data (preferred).
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing, rapid iteration environments, or aerospace operations (preferred).
• Strong project management and process improvement skills such as Lean or Six Sigma (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree.
