We are seeking a Senior High-Speed Electro-Optical IC Engineer to join our RFIC Engineering team, where you will collaborate with cross-disciplinary experts to develop next-generation PIC/EIC chips for global space and ground infrastructures. Your responsibilities include designing and simulating electro-optical building blocks and RF/analog/mixed signal circuits, deriving specifications for Photonics IC/Electrical IC subsystems, and working closely with system architects and ASIC engineers on hardware-software partitioning. You will also evaluate and measure electrical and optical components, work with manufacturing teams on production testing, and ensure the performance of high-speed optical SerDes links. Ideal candidates have a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, extensive experience with simulation tools like Spectre, ADS, HFSS, Ansys Lumerical, and COMSOL, and knowledge of advanced packaging technologies for co-package optics solutions.
