As a Sr. Gateway Site Development Engineer (Starlink), you will join the team responsible for developing systems that enable service in new markets and improve system performance. You will own global antenna site roll-out plans, design antenna sites and hardware to power and connect antennas that backhaul the Starlink network, and develop processes for rapid deployment. The role involves traveling internationally to create infrastructure development plans with partners and collaborating cross-functionally with business growth, regulatory, and network engineering teams. You will solve complex problems regarding site reliability and hardware mounting. Preferred skills include experience in electrical, mechanical, or structural design; construction drawings; physical network infrastructure planning; and proficiency in SQL, Matlab, Python, C++, Tableau, or PowerBI. This role addresses the technical challenge of expanding global satellite connectivity through robust ground station infrastructure.
