Sr Full-Stack Software Engineer, AIML Data Operations joins the AIML Data Operations organization to deliver high-quality, human-annotated machine learning data for LLM training and evaluation. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of progressive experience in designing, building, testing, debugging, and operating production-grade software systems.
Experience with iOS or Android applications, robust web applications and APIs, or scalable cloud-based data-processing pipelines.
Expertise in designing complex software systems using data structures, algorithms, design patterns, concurrency, multi-threading, and scalability principles.
Demonstrated expertise in a modern, compiled, object-oriented language such as Swift, Objective-C, Go, C++, or Java.
Track record of leading complex software development assignments while navigating ambiguity and applying analytical problem-solving skills.
Exceptional collaboration, interpersonal, and technical communication skills to drive outcomes across multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience with Swift, modern JavaScript frameworks, large-scale distributed systems, cloud services, or database design (preferred).
