Senior Full-Stack AI Software Development Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern front-end frameworks, APIs, and backend services.
• Integrate large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) into engineering-critical applications.
• Build and orchestrate agentic workflows and autonomous software agents to automate multi-step business processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical designs that ensure security and maintainability.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from initial requirement analysis through testing and deployment.
• Optimize application performance, observability, and reliability using microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance developer productivity and user experience.

What we're looking for

• Experience designing and developing full-stack applications using modern front-end frameworks, APIs, and backend services.
• Proficiency in modern application architecture including microservices, REST API-driven design, and cloud-native development.
• Experience with performance optimization, observability, and reliability engineering practices.
• Ability to integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications, specifically utilizing large language models (LLMs) and inference services.
• Familiarity with agentic architectures for designing and orchestrating autonomous or semi-autonomous software agents.
• Experience building AI-driven workflows such as task decomposition, tool chaining, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Understanding of responsible AI principles including model evaluation, observability, and safe deployment practices.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust technical designs for scalable and secure systems.
