What you'll do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Engineering Project Managers.
Drive complex projects across platforms to deliver high-quality software features on tight deadlines.
Act as a central hub to coordinate cross-functional teams including Software, Hardware, and Design.
Manage the entire software development lifecycle from inception to market launch.
Design, define, and scale new operational processes to improve efficiency and metrics.
Provide status updates and presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Oversee hiring, career development, and performance management for the project management team.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in software engineering project or program management.
3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring and career development.
Demonstrated history of successfully launching customer-facing software products with operational rigor.
Extensive expertise in managing software development lifecycle processes with a focus on metrics and efficiency.
Demonstrated ability in complex problem-solving, cross-functional consultation, and organizational planning.
Proven experience delivering written and verbal communications and presentations to stakeholders at all levels.
BS in Computer Science or a related field.
Ability to design, define, and scale new operational processes from scratch (preferred).
