Senior Engineering Manager, Operational Technology Security

What you'll do

• Lead, build, and develop a team of Lead Engineers to implement and operate OT security capabilities.
• Own the end-to-end engineering, deployment, and operation of OT security platforms and data pipelines.
• Manage OT vulnerability and exposure by prioritizing findings based on operational consequence and asset criticality.
• Develop hardening patterns and manage the endpoint security workstream for OT environments.
• Translate ISA/IEC 62443-aligned requirements into a prioritized engineering roadmap and deliver against it.
• Partner with Network Security and IAM teams on OT network segmentation and vendor-access controls.
• Provide security engineering consultation on new OT solutions, including design reviews and integration planning.
• Represent the team's roadmap, risk reduction, and operational health to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in technology, specifically in OT and security engineering.
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a platform, infrastructure, software development, or security engineering context.
• Experience leading teams that operate OT and/or ICS security platforms at scale, such as Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, Armis, or Tenable OT.
• Hands-on familiarity with ISA/IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and NIST SP 800-82 frameworks.
• Automation-first mindset with hands-on fluency in at least one general-purpose language like Python or Go.
• Working knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform and equivalent) and CI/CD.
• Experience deploying and operating endpoint security agents on OT-adjacent or constrained endpoints.
