What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience across on-premises infrastructure and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).
At least 3+ years of experience in people management or technical team leadership.
Proven expertise with SD-WAN technologies, specifically Versa Networks or comparable platforms like Cisco Viptela or VMware SD-WAN.
Deep knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), WAN technologies, QoS policies, and network segmentation for multi-site environments.
Experience with data center fabrics including VXLAN/EVPN design and experience with enterprise wired/wireless networking using Juniper platforms.
Familiarity with network automation and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, or GitOps workflows.
Demonstrated ability to lead incident response, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and manage vendor relationships for hardware and software contracts.
