What you'll do

  • Architect, design, and deliver scalable, high-quality frontend applications aligned to the Tech Inventory Engineering roadmap.
  • Translate user and business requirements into intuitive, performant, and accessible frontend experiences.
  • Ensure frontend reliability, performance, observability, and security through strong engineering practices.
  • Build maintainable, testable systems and shared components using modern UI technologies and design patterns.
  • Drive frontend quality through automated UI, component, and BDD testing along with robust CI/CD practices.
  • Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to elevate technical capability across the team.
  • Support the product through on-call participation and proactive issue reduction via observability.
  • Develop user-first tooling to track global technology inventory and support the Enterprise Data Strategy.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on frontend engineering.
  • Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern frameworks like React and Next.js.
  • Strong understanding of web fundamentals including performance, rendering, browser behavior, accessibility, and SEO.
  • Experience integrating with REST services and working with diverse data models and data stores.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate requirements into accessible, user-centered solutions using test-first development.
  • Strong written communication skills to write clear technical specifications and documentation.
  • Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Figma, or Adobe XD (preferred).
