What you'll do

Implement body cameras, in-car video systems, and digital evidence management software for public safety clients.
Serve as the primary technical owner for complex system designs and project implementations.
Conduct customer-facing discovery sessions to determine specific technical requirements for system configurations.
Create detailed "as-built" documentation for implemented systems.
Survey, design, install, and maintain wireless communication infrastructure at client sites.
Provide product training to customers through both in-person and virtual platforms.
Identify interface requirements and coordinate with internal engineering teams for system design.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience in Engineering, IT, Public Safety, or Military fields.
Alternatively, must have 8+ years of experience in Engineering, IT, Public Safety, or Military fields without a degree.
Must have 4+ years of public safety software application system implementation experience.
Experience with computer hardware sizing, configuration, and implementation is required.
Experience with TCP/IP computer networking and design for both wired and wireless systems is required.
Must possess an LTE Network Modem/Router background.
Must be able to pass a stringent fingerprint background check and obtain necessary security clearances.
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
