What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience in a related field like Computer Science or Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in engineering, product management, or technical troubleshooting within telecommunications, consumer broadband, or consumer electronics.
Demonstrated experience owning operational deliverables, driving large-scale hardware launches, and managing quality control programs.
Experience managing OEMs, supplier relationships, and other external partners.
Strong knowledge of broadband hardware and familiarity with fiber technologies such as PON, fiber transport, backhaul, FTTH, and Wi-Fi.
Experience with API, IoT, BiDi, and Ethernet.
Familiarity with emerging broadband trends like embedded AI, Wi-Fi 8, and USP/TR-369 (preferred).
Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
