The AI Systems Validation Engineer leads system-level, rack-level, and cluster-scale validation for next-generation AI and machine learning server platforms. Working with architecture, silicon design, firmware, and software teams, the engineer defines validation strategies and methodologies to ensure product quality and reliability across scale-up and scale-out environments. Daily responsibilities include developing test strategies for CPU, GPU, memory, BIOS, BMC, networking, storage, and operating systems, as well as performing root cause analysis on complex hardware and software integration issues. The role requires technical leadership to build scalable validation frameworks, automation infrastructure, and telemetry-driven workflows. Key skills include proficiency in Python, Linux, Bash, and PowerShell, alongside deep knowledge of computer architecture, networking, and storage within data center infrastructures to identify systemic failures and performance bottlenecks.

Build scalable validation frameworks, automation infrastructure, and telemetry-driven workflows.
Analyze large-scale validation data to identify systemic failures, reliability risks, and performance bottlenecks.
Establish validation readiness criteria, quality metrics, and coverage strategies to improve execution efficiency.
Mentor engineers to improve validation methodologies, automation capabilities, and debugging effectiveness.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in system-level validation, platform validation, post-silicon validation, or related engineering disciplines (preferred).
Proven experience validating large-scale server, AI, cloud, HPC, or data center platforms (preferred).
Deep understanding of computer architecture, server platform design, operating systems, networking, storage, and hardware/software interactions (preferred).
Strong proficiency in Python and Linux environments with working knowledge of Bash and/or PowerShell (preferred).
Experience developing automated validation frameworks, orchestration systems, and large-scale test infrastructure (preferred).
Experience leveraging telemetry, analytics, and data-driven methodologies to improve validation coverage and root cause analysis (preferred).
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, GPU computing, or accelerated computing environments in data center infrastructures (preferred).
