What we're looking for
A minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required.
An advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in data science, advanced analytics, or people analytics within a complex, matrixed organization is required.
Deep expertise in quantitative research methods, statistical modeling, and applied machine learning is required.
Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders is required.
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across analytics, listening, and insight generation functions is required.
Experience leading employee listening programs or building knowledge management capabilities is preferred.
Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Workday, and cloud platforms like Snowflake or AWS is preferred.
