As the Sr Director EPM within the Finance IT/Enterprise Applications organization, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous advancement of the Enterprise Performance Management ecosystem, with a primary focus on OneStream. Your daily responsibilities include overseeing financial consolidation, planning, and month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes. You will resolve complex system integration issues, establish governance and security controls, and manage software vendors to maximize platform value. The role requires expertise in OneStream, Hyperion, or SAP BPC, along with deep knowledge of financial controls and digital transformation. You will solve critical business problems by streamlining financial systems and integrating advanced technologies into the corporate reporting infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of the OneStream EPM ecosystem.
  • Partner with Finance and IT leadership to improve consolidation, reporting, planning, and analytics.
  • Drive process redesign, automation, AI integration, and other emerging technology initiatives.
  • Ensure the platform supports month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial reporting requirements.
  • Resolve complex system, integration, and process issues related to strategic EPM projects.
  • Establish governance, controls, security, and performance measures for the EPM platform.
  • Manage software vendors and implementation partners to maximize platform value.
  • Lead and develop a small team within the Finance IT/Enterprise Applications organization.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, financial systems, or digital transformation.
  • 7+ years of experience leading EPM capabilities.
  • Strong experience with OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, or similar EPM platforms.
  • Experience with financial consolidation, reporting, planning, close processes, and financial controls.
  • Proven experience leading process improvement, automation, and transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, analytics, AI, and automation.
  • Strong leadership, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
