Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of experience with OneStream solutions, including full lifecycle implementations, and are certified as a Lead Architect or Core Platform Architect. Experience with similar planning and analytics technologies such as Oracle/Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive, Host Analytics, and AI/ML is a plus.

What you'll do

Define and own the technical and functional architecture for OneStream XF implementations.
Lead discovery workshops with finance leadership to capture business requirements.
Design application architecture including cube structure, workflow profiles, and security models.
Establish platform governance standards and coding best practices across development workstreams.
Drive integration architecture between OneStream and other enterprise systems.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of OneStream solution design and development experience with full lifecycle enterprise implementations.
At least 5 years in performance management consulting, focusing on consolidations or planning.
Proven ability to lead requirement and design workshops for complex projects.
Deep industry expertise in key strategic areas such as Manufacturing/Retail, Financial Services, and Energy.
Minimum 2 years of experience with EPM transformation using OneStream platform functionality.
Must be OneStream Certified (OPC): Lead Architect or Core Platform Architect.
