The Sr. Director, Agentic Transformation - DET Org joins the Digital and Emerging Technology organization to lead how the Chief Operating & Financial Officer organization utilizes data and agentic AI. This role serves as a product and transformation leader, turning fragmented data into governed data products to enable Finance, Controllership, Legal, and Employee Services. You will build agentic workflows to improve forecast accuracy, strengthen controls, and remove manual effort from finance operations. Key responsibilities include owning the agentic product roadmap, leading Rapid Innovation Squads, and establishing ROI benchmarks. You must possess deep technical experience with GenAI, agentic AI, and broader data solutions. The role requires navigating ambiguity to bridge efficiency gaps and integrating new technologies into the native Salesforce product ecosystem and existing systems of record.
Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for agentic solutions across Finance, Controllership, Legal, and Employee Services.
Lead Rapid Innovation Squads to move quickly from problem definition to delivering working agentic solutions.
Break down end-to-end processes into tasks to determine which should be handled by agents versus humans.
Partner with data and engineering teams to transform fragmented data into governed, reusable data products.
Establish rigorous baselines and performance frameworks to measure productivity gains and ROI for all agentic initiatives.
Serve as a credible advisor to COFO and DET leadership to provide data-driven recommendations on AI-led operations.
Feed product feedback and field-tested patterns from internal use back to Salesforce product teams.
What we're looking for
8-10 years of product management, product strategy, or technical program leadership experience in technology organizations.
Proven track record of leading teams of 20+ to deliver complex, cross-functional transformations for multi-billion-dollar SaaS and technology organizations.
Deep technical experience building products and processes with GenAI, agentic AI, and broader data solutions from prototype to production.
Demonstrated success defining, measuring, and delivering business value with evidence of achieved outcomes.
Track record of driving ill-defined, fast-moving programs to results with sound judgment under uncertainty.
Exceptional ability to influence outcomes at the VP and executive level as a key product lead.
Familiarity with Salesforce’s product ecosystem and its application in driving internal business transformation (preferred).
Experience with enterprise operations processes (preferred).
