Senior Manager, Media Services, Apple Services Engineering

What you'll do

• Define and drive cross-organizational quality strategy and execution.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to align strategic efforts within the product lifecycle.
• Design, instrument, and implement metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
• Integrate AI into the quality lifecycle for test case generation, anomaly detection, and coverage analysis.
• Develop and implement automated systems and tools to improve software quality at scale.
• Communicate progress and complex technical concepts effectively to all levels of leadership.
• Lead large technical organizations through organizational changes and process improvements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, engineering, or mathematics.
• 10+ years of experience in the quality engineering space.
• Experience leading large technical organizations through change.
• Expertise in QA/QE practices with a track record of improving quality through processes, systems, and automation.
• Strong technical leadership, architecture sense, and ability to manage stakeholders while driving clarity in ambiguity.
• Proven ability to develop technical leaders and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience working with distributed teams across different cultures, geographies, and timezones.
• Experience testing server-side systems (preferred); experience planning and leading software release cycles (preferred).
