Senior Collaboration Systems Administrator

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary technical administrator for the core employee technology stack including Slack, Jira, Confluence, and DocuSign.
• Develop and manage a strategic roadmap for platform enhancements based on support trends and business feedback.
• Design and deploy consumer-grade self-service experiences, including virtual agents and AI-driven knowledge bases.
• Build and maintain seamless integrations between enterprise tools using REST APIs, webhooks, and native hubs.
• Create intuitive workflows and communication channels to simplify complex processes and improve employee productivity.
• Establish a system of record to ensure back-end data architecture meets strict audit, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Configure hardware and software asset management capabilities to ensure accurate tracking and financial accountability.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 or more years of hands-on experience administering enterprise collaboration, workflow, and ESM platforms.
• Administration certifications in modern SaaS platforms like Slack, Atlassian, or ESM platforms (preferred).
• Proven track record of implementing self-service portals, automated routing, and/or chatbots.
• Experience managing platform integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
• Proficiency in interacting with REST/SOAP APIs and basic scripting in JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell.
• Experience designing reporting dashboards and ensuring system data meets audit and compliance standards.
