Senior AV Development Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and unify enterprise AV solutions in coordination with international customers, vendors, and technology teams.
• Define lifecycle strategies, reference architectures, engineering standards, and deployment approaches for global AV technologies.
• Lead the planning and delivery of technology for conference rooms, briefing centers, training facilities, and event venues.
• Improve system reliability and user experience through monitoring, analytics, automation, and advanced troubleshooting.
• Evaluate emerging AV and AI-enabled technologies to determine their placement within the future technology roadmap.
• Provide technical direction on complex initiatives and resolve difficult AV challenges alongside various teams.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience crafting, deploying, and supporting enterprise AV and technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, technical architecture, or infrastructure development.
• Experience developing technical standards, operational processes, reference architectures, or enterprise-wide technology solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms in large enterprise environments (preferred).
• Experience with Q-SYS, Crestron, Biamp, Poly, or comparable enterprise AV platforms (preferred).
• Experience with Dante, NDI, AV-over-IP, SIP, and modern technologies (preferred).
• Relevant AV or technology certifications (preferred).
