What you'll do

Design, develop, and manage automation projects for high-volume production.
Manage specifications, cost, lead-time, installation, and commissioning of new equipment.
Implement ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA compliant safety systems in all technologies and processes.
Collaborate with mechanical designers to create system requirements and architecture.
Debug, root-cause, and continuously improve equipment in a high-rate production environment.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for hand-off to operational teams.

What we're looking for

Over 1 year of experience in designing and commissioning controls systems for industrial applications.
Proficient in robot programming, preferably with ABB robots.
Expertise in PLC programming using Beckhoff TwinCAT or Siemens TIA Portal.
Experience with HMI and SCADA programming, ideally Ignition or Beckhoff TwinCAT HMI.
Knowledge of NEC, UL508A codes and safety compliance standards (ANSI/RIA15.06/OSHA).
Familiarity with 3D CAD software, preferably Siemens NX.
Background in fast-paced iterative design environments and industrial machinery.
