Senior AI Solutions Specialist

What you'll do

• Design and maintain enterprise-grade software templates, reusable SDKs, and modular microservices for GenAI capabilities.
• Architect and deploy robust multi-agent systems capable of planning, reasoning, and tool usage across enterprise APIs.
• Translate abstract architectural standards into functional codebases and production-ready code blocks.
• Rapidly develop functional prototypes and proof-of-concepts for high-impact AI use cases.
• Package code into well-documented starter kits and boilerplates to enable delivery teams to adopt AI best practices.
• Certify and publish reusable templates as standard developer building blocks with the Pattern Council.
• Troubleshoot complex API and LLM integration issues for engineering pods to scale their implementations.

What we're looking for

• 3–5+ years of progressive, hands-on software engineering experience writing production-grade, modular code libraries.
• Experience working within large corporate environments or financial services institutions with enterprise security and data privacy standards.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Deep proficiency in Python and experience with enterprise languages such as Java, C++, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using LLMs from Google (Gemini/Vertex AI), OpenAI, or open-source ecosystems.
• Proven experience building agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration systems using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Vertex AI.
• Strong understanding of semantic search, vector databases, chunking strategies, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Advanced skills in RESTful/gRPC APIs, microservice design, and asynchronous message broker patterns.
• Google Cloud Certified Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Professional Cloud Developer (preferred).
• Specialized AI credentials from recognized programs like DeepLearning.AI or TensorFlow (preferred).
