What we're looking for
- At least 7+ years of experience in speech development and research.

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, speech technology, or related field.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers and scientists.
- Strong analytical skills for problem identification and solution implementation.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
