What you'll do

  • Lead the design and integration of enterprise voice and VoIP solutions across various environments.
  • Define and execute migration strategies from Cisco UC to Microsoft Teams Telephony platforms.
  • Architect SIP trunking solutions ensuring secure TLS/SRTP communications between enterprise systems.
  • Serve as senior technical authority for voice call flows, signaling, and cross-platform interoperability issues.
  • Design and implement Session Border Controller (SBC) architectures for large-scale deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with security requirements including certificates, encryption, and firewall traversal.
  • Deliver executive-level briefings on architectural standards and roadmaps for enterprise voice services.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise voice/VoIP engineering or architecture.
  • Expert-level understanding of VoIP protocols and standards (SIP, RTP/RTCP, H.323).
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals for voice traffic prioritization (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS).
  • Proven experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Microsoft Teams Telephony.
  • Experience in secure SIP trunk configuration and TLS/SRTP implementation.
  • Deep expertise in designing large-scale telephony deployments and migrations.
