What you'll do

Build and implement voice platform solutions aligned with Salesforce's multi-year strategy.
Design resilient, multi-region telephony architectures for global contact centers.
Maintain and optimize scalable telephony infrastructure across various platforms.
Implement and enforce platform standards for routing, flows, observability, and automation.
Lead large-scale transformation programs including region launches and AI integrations.
Support reliability initiatives by monitoring SLAs and implementing proactive observability measures.
Mentor engineers through design reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing sessions.

What we're looking for

5+ years experience in enterprise telephony engineering and CCaaS architecture.
Expertise in Salesforce Voice, Agentforce Voice, and Service Cloud Voice architectures.
Strong hands-on skills with Omni-Channel/Unified Routing design and capacity modeling.
Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, call flows, jitter, carrier integrations, and network protocols.
Proven track record designing multi-region, highly available telephony platforms.
Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, and Platform App Builder certifications required.
Experience leading incident reviews, post-mortems, and reliability engineering improvements.
