What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager or comparable role in the Public Sector.
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management technologies such as SAML 2.0, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive customer-focused outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical topics into actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations effectively.
  • U.S. Citizenship required for access to federal environments and protected data.
  • Relevant certifications such as Okta Certified, CISSP or equivalent preferred.
