Specialist, System Integration and Test Engineering

What you'll do

• Apply system integration and test engineering standards to complex payloads and space vehicles.
• Specify requirements and architect integration and test approaches for flight hardware and ground support equipment.
• Participate in design peer reviews and plan top-level test flows for efficient asset use.
• Provide technical guidance on test plans and procedures based on program complexity.
• Manage complex engineering tasks across electrical, mechanical, optical, software, and hardware components.
• Execute on-the-floor system level tests based on specific subject matter expertise.
• Obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must have a Graduate Degree and at least 2 years of related experience.
• Must have at least 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must have a background in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, or thermal engineering.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Technical leadership with System I&T experience (preferred).
• Experience in hardware/software integration, TVAC, dynamic, EMI, electrical, or space vehicle testing (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
