What you'll do

Create and manage end-to-end test plans to ensure software meets functionality, performance, stability, and compatibility requirements.
Review functional and design specifications to ensure a full understanding of individual deliverables.
Identify test requirements from conditions of acceptance and develop comprehensive test coverage plans.
Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases and other essential testing artifacts.
Execute manual and automated tests while reporting results and identifying potential quality issues for escalation.
Isolate, replicate, and report defects while verifying fixes through exploratory and usability testing.
Communicate project QA progress and emergent risks to team members and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, including efficiency gains and expanded test coverage.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a computer software related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum of 4 years of prior experience in Software Quality Assurance.
United States Citizenship is required.
Experience with Test Track Pro, Version One, or similar testing tools/suites (preferred).
Experience with software that directly interfaces with 3rd party firmware (preferred).
Experience in an Agile Scrum environment (preferred).
US Government security clearance (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
