What we're looking for
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and 4 years of experience in control systems design are required; a Master's degree with 2 years is acceptable.
A Ph.D. or higher may be considered in lieu of professional work experience based on relevant research.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
Must have familiarity with control systems for power system architectures and power conversion equipment.
Must have strong knowledge of control theory and the ability to model with MATLAB/SIMULINK.
Experience is required in implementing control system algorithms, digital signal processing, machine-to-machine communications, and fiber optics based communication subsystems.
Experience is required with communication protocols such as RS-232, RS-485, and Ethernet.
