What you'll do

Design and simulate RF circuits including amplifiers, filters, mixers, and oscillators for space-to-ground links.
Perform schematic capture, component research, and participate in PCB layout reviews.
Conduct hands-on RF testing, tuning, and characterization using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
Execute troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to refine and improve RF designs.
Prepare technical design documentation, test reports, and verification records following company standards.
Follow configuration management procedures and quality guidelines to ensure reliable hardware development.
Support integration efforts with digital hardware, firmware, antenna, and systems engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
Bachelor of Science in Engineering and at least 4 years of experience, or a Graduate Degree and 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
Experience designing for a space environment (preferred).
Knowledge of space communication standards, high-frequency payload architectures, or ground-segment RF equipment (preferred).
Familiarity with environmental and qualification standards such as MIL-STD, NASA, or ESA (preferred).
Proficiency with RF simulation tools like ADS, AWR Microwave Office, HFSS, or equivalent (preferred).
Experience with PCB design tools like Altium or Cadence Allegro (preferred).
U.S. citizens.
