What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant engineering experience, a graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
Experience and knowledge of manufacturing methods in composites, metals, and electronics (preferred).
Experience leading small teams (preferred).
Experience with technical writing, specifically work instructions and process documentation (preferred).
Experience in aviation or military systems manufacturing (preferred).
Experience with 3D CAD software, specifically Creo (preferred).
