Specialist, Integration & Test Engineering

What you'll do

• Develop detailed test plans, procedures, and cases based on specific system requirements.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software functionality meets operational standards.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through to final resolution.
• Analyze test results to detect issues and identify root causes with development teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including System Models based in SysML.
• Support cloud environment operations using Docker containers, Kubernetes orchestration, and Helm charts.
• Participate in design reviews to provide input on requirements, product design, and test methodology.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience, a graduate degree with 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
• Ability to obtain SCI access within 6 months of hire.
• Active U.S. DoW TS/SCI security clearance (preferred).
• Active Security+ CE certification (preferred).
• Familiarity with MBSE/Eggplant and similar testing tools, as well as DoW testing requirements (preferred).
• Experience in Scaled Agile Framework & DevSecOps methodology (preferred).
• Proficiency in Linux, Python programming, and Test Automation software (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
