Support vaccine technology transfers by preparing technical documentation and coordinating readiness activities at receiving sites.
Conduct technical risk assessments and implement mitigation plans for manufacturing processes.
Manage regional knowledge assets including transfer packages, playbooks, and best practices.
Monitor post-transfer process performance to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain training materials while delivering modules for onboarding and staff development.
Draft and review compliant technical documents, reports, and trackers aligned with regulatory requirements.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related life science/engineering field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in biopharmaceutical, antigen, or vaccine manufacturing, bioprocess engineering, process development, or technology transfer.
Working knowledge of upstream, downstream, fill-finish, and lyophilization bioprocessing operations.
Experience working in a regulated (GxP) environment with strong attention to documentation and data integrity.
Demonstrated ability to support technical problem solving, investigations, and basic risk management tools like FMEA.
Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams and the ability to communicate clearly and escalate effectively.
Exposure to process characterization, scale-up/scale-down concepts, and process robustness monitoring (preferred).
Familiarity with USDA regulatory expectations regarding technology transfers of antigens and vaccines (preferred).
