What you'll do

- Identify opportunities to integrate AGV/AMR technology into existing packaging automation solutions.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering or related field.
- Ten years of engineering experience in manufacturing, project management, or equipment design.
- Three years of hands-on experience with packaging automation and end-of-line systems.
- Five years of expertise in machine automation, robotics, material handling, and process integration.
- Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and safety systems.
- Experience managing capital projects from concept to production ramp-up.
- Ability to work closely with external suppliers and influence cross-functional partners.
