What you'll do

  • Provide technical leadership for packaging automation and end-of-line systems across manufacturing sites.
  • Define and review technical requirements, equipment specifications, and acceptance criteria for new or upgraded automation systems.
  • Direct project teams technically in developing automation solutions such as robotic pick-and-place and palletizing systems.
  • Develop standards and best practices for packaging automation and end-of-line systems to improve long-term organizational capability.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate AGV/AMR technology into existing packaging automation solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering or related field.
  • Ten years of engineering experience in manufacturing, project management, or equipment design.
  • Three years of hands-on experience with packaging automation and end-of-line systems.
  • Five years of expertise in machine automation, robotics, material handling, and process integration.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and safety systems.
  • Experience managing capital projects from concept to production ramp-up.
  • Ability to work closely with external suppliers and influence cross-functional partners.
