The Spatial Intelligence Architect joins the Robotics team to define the spatial-reasoning architecture for autonomous machines. This role focuses on transforming upstream environmental inputs into precise motion and implement planning, ensuring machines can reason about space, terrain, reach, and their own footprint to execute work on job sites. The architect is responsible for designing technical infrastructure, including databases and programming languages, while establishing standards for task and motion planning, spatially grounded VLA, and behavior generation. Key requirements include expertise in spatial reasoning, real-time motion planning, and autonomous systems decision architecture. Candidates must possess skills in application design, platform architecture, and requirement analysis within an Agile SDLC and public cloud ecosystem. The role solves the complex challenge of construction autonomy by creating intelligent systems that allow machines to perceive their environment and perform coordinated movements for industrial tasks.
