What you'll do

Develop and maintain SysML-based system models throughout the entire development lifecycle.
Create and manage key SysML artifacts including Block Definition Diagrams, Internal Block Diagrams, and state machine diagrams.
Capture, allocate, derive, and trace system requirements within the model.
Generate and maintain Interface Control Documents (ICDs) from model-defined interfaces.
Support system architecture, trade studies, and interface definition activities.
Manage verification and validation (V&V) activities by modeling methods and tracing requirements to artifacts.
Maintain model quality, consistency, traceability, and configuration management practices.
Advocate for digital engineering and MBSE adoption across various programs.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance within a reasonable amount of time.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
Master's degree with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience for candidates with a Bachelor's degree.
Experience applying Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles on complex technical programs.
Proficiency with SysML and developing BDDs, IBDs, state diagrams, sequence diagrams, and use case diagrams.
Experience with MBSE tools like Cameo Systems Modeler/MagicDraw or Rhapsody (preferred); familiarity with DOORS or Jama (preferred).
