What you'll do

Architect complex systems through functional decomposition, interface definition, and trade study analysis.
Manage system requirements using tools like DOORS or DOORS Next Generation integrated with system models.
Apply DoDAF or similar architecture frameworks to support digital engineering initiatives.
Communicate complex system designs and manage increasing technical complexity through MBSE models.
Identify opportunities to apply MBSE and AI-driven approaches for continuous process improvement.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Department of Defense Secret security clearance at time of hire.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics field.
2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience.
Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and tools like Cameo Systems Modeler (preferred).
Ability to develop and maintain SysML models including behavioral, structural, and requirements diagrams.
Proficiency in requirements management tools such as DOORS or DOORS Next Generation.
Agile experience (preferred).
