What you'll do

Manage full life cycle of cost-reimbursable, fixed price, and T&M contracts.
Support various IDIQ contracts and Other Transaction Agreements.
Handle contract management for U.S. DoD major weapons platforms.

Negotiate and draft commercial contracts in addition to government ones.
Maintain active Top Secret Clearance for classified projects.

What we're looking for

Experience with full life cycle contract management for various types of contracts.
Active Top Secret Clearance required.
U.S. DoD major weapons platforms experience necessary.
Expertise in cost-reimbursable, fixed price, and T&M government contracts.
Knowledge of IDIQ contracts and Other Transaction Agreements essential.
Based in Costa Mesa, CA or Washington, DC preferred.
