Join us as a Technical Program Manager in our Space business line, where you will lead the day-to-day execution of program initiatives and tasks, collaborating with Business Operations to manage budgets and schedules while ensuring technical objectives are met across multiple space system development contracts. You will work closely with customers and the Growth team to satisfy contractual requirements for dynamic space operations missions. This role requires a strong understanding of space systems engineering, environmental considerations, and verification/validation processes, along with experience in deploying sophisticated hardware and software systems for national security applications. Ideal candidates have a B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering, 4+ years of relevant industry experience, and a CAPM or PMP certification is preferred. A Top Secret security clearance is mandatory.

What you'll do

Manage day-to-day execution of space system development and delivery contracts.

Work closely with the customer and Growth team to satisfy project goals.

What we're looking for

Demonstrated experience in engineering or program management for space hardware, payloads, subsystems, or satellites.
Strong understanding of space systems engineering and environmental considerations.
Experience with deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems for national security.
B.S. degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field.
At least 4 years of relevant industry experience.
CAPM or PMP certification preferred.
Top Secret security clearance required.
