What you'll do

  • Lead the day-to-day execution of orbital programs and space system development contracts.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and technical requirements in coordination with internal business operations.

  • Develop and communicate sprint plans, execution roadmaps, and technical paths to success for both internal and external partners.
  • Build trust-based partnerships with customers to identify future opportunities and meet commercial growth targets.
  • Create project proposals, program plans, reports, and detailed process documentation.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
  • Minimum of a B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or an equivalent degree.
  • At least 4 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated experience executing engineering or program management for space hardware, payloads, subsystems, or satellites.
  • Strong understanding of space systems engineering, environmental considerations, and requirements verification and validation.
  • Experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems for national security space systems.
  • Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • CAPM or PMP certification is preferred.
