What you'll do

Develop scripts, internal tools, and operational documentation to streamline remediation and enhance platform observability.
Act as the primary technical escalation point post-launch to support partner-specific tools and infrastructure.
Identify recurring friction points and ship high-leverage improvements to reduce manual steps and automate issues at scale.
Represent partner technical needs in product and engineering discussions to ensure new deals do not become bespoke one-offs.
Educate internal and external stakeholders on platform capabilities while refining scalable integration workflows.

What we're looking for

Hands-on experience integrating or supporting external partners on REST APIs.
Fluency with curl, Postman, or similar tools to debug JSON payloads and request/response flows.
Strong, structured troubleshooting skills to isolate faults using logs, dashboards, and traces.
Working proficiency in Python or Java and SQL to write scripts, queries, and debug codebases.
Clear communication skills to translate ambiguous partner requests into concrete technical plans for technical and non-technical audiences.
Practical experience using AI tools to speed up troubleshooting, documentation, and support.
Experience with workflow or pipeline systems, or with media or metadata ingestion (preferred).
Experience in media, entertainment, or streaming (preferred).
