What you'll do

Architect data solutions utilizing PostgreSQL for relational design and Elasticsearch for search and analytics.
Translate complex analytical workflows into production-grade software using modern architecture patterns and DevSecOps practices.
Guide engineering teams on technical design, implementation standards, and best practices.
Ensure all systems meet strict performance, security, and scalability requirements.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience leading software engineering teams and defining architecture standards.
Experience leading the modernization of legacy systems into Python-based platforms.
Experience designing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
Experience with React and Node.js for full-stack web applications.
Experience with PostgreSQL for relational data design and Elasticsearch for search and analytics.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Active TS/SCI clearance, Bachelor’s degree in STEM, and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
