What you'll do

Lead technical engagements with hyperscale datacenter customers and compute/networking silicon vendors.
Translate customer roadmaps and architecture requirements into actionable input for 3M product teams.
Determine how emerging AI datacenter trends should shape the technology roadmap for the EBO program.
Provide deep technical context on customer architectures and integration requirements to sales and engineering teams.
Build conceptual demos and support technical marketing initiatives to showcase 3M EBO capabilities.
Establish and maintain lasting technical partnerships with key industry stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Optical/Photonics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another technical field.
Five years of experience with hyperscale datacenter customers, AI architectures, optical interconnect, or co-packaged optics (CPO) technologies.
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical/Photonics Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
Direct experience engaging with XPU, compute, or switch vendors on system architecture and optical interconnect integration for AI/ML infrastructure (preferred).
Strong technical communication, customer focus, self-starting, relationship building, innovation, and collaboration skills.
