As a Solution Engineer for the Copilot and Cloud Endpoint Teams at Microsoft, you will join a dynamic technical team to accelerate AI transformation by leading customer engagements focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio & Agents or Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365. Your day-to-day responsibilities include developing deep expertise in these technologies, delivering compelling demonstrations, and guiding customers through envisioning sessions that align their business goals with technical requirements. You will collaborate closely with a virtual team to remove technical blockers, provide customer education, and ensure seamless handoffs to deployment teams. This role requires proficiency in cloud infrastructure, architecture design, migrations, and industry standards, as well as experience in delivering customer demos and proofs of concept for productivity tools. Your work will involve leveraging Microsoft’s extensive training resources and collaborating with partners to drive technical decision-making and business momentum.
Lead technical engagements to drive customer adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot Studio & Agents.

Ensure governance, security, and compliance are embedded in all customer interactions.

What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience required.
- Expertise in either Microsoft 365 Copilot or Cloud Endpoint technologies is essential.
- Strong background in developing and delivering customer demos and PoCs for productivity tools.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure designs and migrations.
- Ability to collaborate with partners and provide technical education and support.
