This role involves architecting next-generation agentic pipelines and fullstack applications that integrate non-deterministic AI logic with high-performance systems, while also mentoring the engineering team and driving technical innovation. Key responsibilities include designing sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, implementing end-to-end applications, and collaborating with infrastructure teams to deploy and monitor AI models in Kubernetes environments. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in building and scaling Generative AI applications, expertise in Python and fullstack languages, and a deep understanding of vector databases and container orchestration. Preferred skills include RAG system development for large-scale documentation and navigating secure enterprise deployments.
Design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph.

Act as a technical authority, conducting formal design reviews to advance team expertise.
Identify and implement emerging AI tools for automating repetitive workflows across the enterprise.

What we're looking for
Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Generative AI applications.
Expert-level mastery in LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks and proficiency in Python and fullstack languages.
Deep understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus) and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Strong skills in CI/CD pipelines, version control systems like GitHub, and Test-Driven Development adapted for AI.
Proven leadership in technical squads and ability to influence architectural roadmaps within a diverse organization.
Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for large-scale documentation preferred.
