Solution Engineer, ValueOps

What you'll do

• Translate client business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for complex technology solutions.
• Perform value alignment with strategic customers to ensure they achieve business outcomes from the software portfolio.
• Build and document knowledge of customer portfolio management, agile transformations, and project impacts.
• Identify and lead adoption activities with key customers to ensure successful software implementation.
• Perform software demonstrations and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
• Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers to guide their long-term strategy.
• Manage and direct team members within assigned accounts to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Maintain account opportunity, engagement, and adoption information within internal tracking systems.

What we're looking for

• Have a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of related experience in a technology or business related discipline.
• Have a master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a technology or business related discipline.
• Possess a strong background with Project & Portfolio Management, FinOps, Infrastructure Portfolio Management, and Agile management solutions.
• Demonstrate experience with solutions such as Clarity, Planview, Jira, ServiceNow, and Apptio.
• Understand Agile frameworks, such as SAFe.
• Ability to understand customer business problems and clearly formulate and articulate software solutions to solve those problems.
• Ability to interact with business users to discuss and document business requirements and translate them into a working application.
• Possess strong presentation skills, including software demonstration skills.
