  • Translate CMS Star Ratings, HEDIS, and NCQA specifications into functional and technical Epic build requirements.
  • Design scalable data models and reporting frameworks to support auditable quality measure calculations and performance monitoring.
  • Own the technical roadmap for registries, care gap alerts, best practice advisories, and health maintenance topics.
  • Lead Epic build activities for registries, documentation flowsheets, and quality dashboards to improve Star performance.
  • Ensure interoperability between Epic and external quality reporting platforms using FHIR/HL7 standards.
  • Conduct testing and validation of quality measure logic to ensure accurate reporting for Star Ratings.
  • Maintain documentation of Epic STARS architecture and data flows to support audit readiness and compliance.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience with Epic, including hands-on work in Healthy Planet, Clarity/Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, or SlicerDicer.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Medicare Star Ratings, HEDIS, and/or NCQA quality measure programs.
  • Strong understanding of value-based care and ACO population health operations.
  • Experience translating clinical or quality specifications into technical build requirements.
