Solution Architect (Cloud Tenants)

What you'll do

• Build and own the future DX Cloud Tenant Infrastructure for the healthcare software platform.
• Lead the architecture and operations of all cloud-based tenants for the infrastructure organization.
• Manage subscription vending as an unattended pipeline and oversee downstream reporting.
• Produce operating evidence for tenant certifications including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and HITRUST.
• Train and upskill architects and engineers on best practices for tenant build and management.
• Report monthly metrics on data volumes, security posture, policy compliance, and privileged access.
• Provide escalation support for major incidents impacting infrastructure services at DX sites.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to integrate MS Sentinel and separate build, operation, and detection duties.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Must have 8-10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure leadership.
• Must have at least three years of experience building or operating Azure governance at scale.
• Must have experience in a regulated industry where controls are assessed by independent auditors.
• Must have deep engineering knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Must have experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like HashiCorp Terraform or Bicep.
• AWS or GCP experience is a plus (preferred).
